Terms of Service

Effective August 12, 2026

By using Lumina Atlas, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service or purchase a subscription.

1. The service

Lumina Atlas provides educational courses, interactive learning tools, AI-assisted explanations, a cross-subject Notebook, and related account features. Some content is available to guests; selected features or content may require an account or paid subscription.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, protect your password, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. One account is intended for one person unless a plan expressly allows otherwise.

3. Educational and AI disclaimer

Content is provided for general educational purposes and is not professional, medical, legal, or financial advice. AI output can be incomplete or wrong. You are responsible for checking important information and for how you use the service.

4. Subscriptions and automatic renewal

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the billing interval shown at checkout until cancelled. The checkout displays the current price, currency, billing period, taxes when applicable, and any trial terms before purchase. Price changes apply as permitted by law and with any notice or consent that is required.

5. Payments and merchant of record

Payments are processed by Creem, which acts as merchant of record. Your purchase is also subject to Creem's buyer terms presented at checkout. Creem handles payment processing, applicable sales taxes, receipts, refunds, and chargebacks in coordination with Lumina Atlas.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel through the Creem customer portal or the method shown in your receipt or account. Unless otherwise stated, cancellation stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the paid billing period. See our Refund Policy.

7. Acceptable use

You may not abuse, disrupt, scrape at scale, reverse engineer protected features, bypass access controls, share paid access, upload unlawful or infringing material, use the service to harm others, or use automated systems in a way that imposes unreasonable load.

8. Your content

You retain ownership of notes, prompts, and files you submit. You grant Lumina Atlas and its service providers a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to provide and secure the service. You must have the rights necessary to submit the content.

9. Our content

The Lumina Atlas name, site design, course materials, software, and original content are protected by intellectual-property laws. Your subscription grants a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the service; it does not transfer ownership.

10. Availability and changes

We may improve, replace, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. If a material paid feature is discontinued, available remedies will follow applicable law and our Refund Policy.

11. Suspension and termination

We may limit or terminate access for material violations, security risks, fraud, nonpayment, or legal requirements. You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion, subject to required record retention.

12. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Lumina Atlas is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our aggregate liability for a claim relating to paid service will not exceed the amount you paid to Lumina Atlas through Creem during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.

13. Governing rules

These Terms are governed by applicable law without limiting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue.

14. Changes and contact
